Therapeutic Communication in Schizophrenic Patients: A Systematic Literature Review

Introduction: Schizophrenia is a complex mental disorder that affects an individual's thoughts, perceptions, and behaviors. Therapeutic communication in schizophrenic patients refers to the approach used by health professionals or therapists interact with aim of assisting them recovery improving their quality life. This study aimed explore forms therapeutic could be improve improvements schizophrenia patients.
 Methods: The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web Sciences, EMBASE, Cochrane Libraries, Google Scholar) regarding schizophrenia. performed using terms "therapeutic communication" OR "psychoeducation" "psychotherapy" AND "schizophrenia”.
 Results: Among all studies included review, there were three qualitative one observational study. In addition, did not provide information whether deviations from intervention data, bias measuring outcomes, selection reported outcomes.
 Conclusion: can adapted individual needs patients. To build strong alliance, open conversation, trust, respect play fundamental role, ultimate goal building partnership optimize patient outcomes.
